Job Description:
Large GC seeking experienced Sr. Corporate Recruiter. Sucessful candidate should have 3-5 years experience recruiting within a corporate structure. Background in commercial construction highly favorable.
The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting and evaluating potential employees. Generate new contacts within the community by networking. Oversee administrative processes associated with recruiting. Advise management on challenges/solutions related to staffing processes. Maintain knowledge of current market trends and implementation strategies for continuing success of recruitment practices.
Bachelors degree is a must and PHR/SPHR certifications are a plus.
