MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS Completed conceptual Master Plan of the first and largest urban regeneration program of Dubai Jumeira Gardens in less than 6 months, received project approval from His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, ruler of Dubai and successfully publicly launched both the project and MERAAS Development, HH Sheikh Mohammeds private development company. Started construction of the first phase of the 20 years, 22 Millions square meters of BUA and over US$ 95 Billions Jumeira Gardens project, while completing the overall Master Plan.
Created the Eco Tourism Destination, Desert Islands, off the coast of Abu Dhabi on the Private Island of Late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, founder of the UAE, received project approval from both HH Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler of Abu Dhabi and President of the UAE, and HH Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi. Presented the project to the Abu Dhabi Executive Council and received approval and required Government Grant to finance main infrastructures. Open the destination and the first phase of the Wildlife Park and the first Resort of the 15 years and over US$ 25 Billions project on 8 Islands, in less than 2 years. Contributed to negotiation between French and Abu Dhabi Governments for Abu Dhabi Louvre Museum.
Repositioned, redesigned, sold out and built out, a 700 units master planned community in the USA for a clean exit strategy for Investors.
Delivered a new exhibition hall for Paris Exhibition Center in a very tight timeframe where the hall to be built was already rented for future exhibition before the demolition of the 1929 hall started. Created 2 safety device for the largest building receiving public in France with worldwide deposited licenses obtained during the tight project timeframe.
Completed design and delivered a turn key luxury resort including casino, spa, marina, utility compound, in an insulated environment of a Caribbean Island.
ACADEMICS Double Technical & Financial education background with a Master of Sciences and an Engineering Degree in Construction from the French University of Sciences of Toulouse, where Ariane Espace and Airbus Industry are located, completed with Hospitality Real Estate Investment expertise acquired from Cornell University.
