Software Administrator/Senior Estimator Created web-based system through which I coordinated five different engineering firms on a joint estimate for a confidential client. My knowledge of the software allowed me to control and combine the efforts, resulting in increased accuracy, consistency, and cost savings to the client. In addition, I trained three of the firms in the use of the estimating program and I continue to create improvements to the system and train others within the company.
Certified Timberline Consultant My in-depth knowledge of the Timberline software allowed me to provide exceptional customer service for over 600 construction firms of various sizes and disciplines. I created my own training programs to accommodate every level of experience and class size and, after program installation, I was primary in troubleshooting problems that arose with client estimates. Exposure to such a variety of firms also broadened my knowledge base, increasing my abilities and allowing me to share new ideas with my clients.
