Oversaw a construction management staff of 5 to 13 project managers and 6 administrative staff. Co-managed the companys task force to the new store time to market timeline and construction cost. The construction schedule was reduced from 160 days to 128 days, and costs were reduced by 26 % on prototype stores. Lead the company to seek vendors and consultants for sourcing of energy management and utility company rate negotiations, resulting in a first years savings of $5 million dollars.

Responsibilities included selection of A/E firms, design direction, coordination of anchor tenants design and construction requirements, general contractor selection and management of the construction process. Oversaw project consultants and contractors to include; general contractor(s), architect, environmental, geotechnical, civil engineer, and landscape design. Developed the departmental due diligence check list, which became the standard for use by all project managers.
